Arranging Your Session

Arranging your online therapy or session takes just a few moments. Follow these three easy steps.
After selecting your therapist:

1. Purchase your online session ---------------------------------------------------------------------

Pay online by credit card or check with PayPal, our safe, secure online company. You will not be charged until you personally enter your credit card information. To pay by phone, call 1-866-631-8570 {between hrs of 9:00AM-7:00PM MON-SAT EST}

2. Complete Your Pre-session Form -------------------------------------------------------------

Your therapist receives this form before your session and is better prepared when the session begins. You don't have to waste valuable time because your therapist already has important information about you.

Take your time when completing the form. Most people tell us that this process helps them prepare for their session, and gives them valuable insights into the issues they want to address in therapy.

3. Schedule your appointment: ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Review your therapist's calendar and select the time that you want from their openings. Remember to make sure you schedule it your therapist's time zone.
You can find their time zone on their profile in their "Virtual Office." Use this link if you're not sure how to convert time zones.

* Appointments are not necessary for email sessions. Your therapist will respond to you by email within 48 hours.
